In this series, I step into the vibrant drag show scene of Edinburgh, turning my lens toward performers—many of whom are QTPOC (Queer and Trans People of Color)—who use the stage as a space to express, challenge, and reinvent their identities.

The Other Stage refers not only to an alternative performance space but also to an alternative perspective—one that centers bodies and voices often marginalized by mainstream narratives. Through these images, I seek to capture moments where race, gender, culture, and personal history intersect, transforming performance into powerful acts of self-definition.

Here, identity is not fixed or singular. It is fluid, performative, and in motion—claimed and reclaimed in the spotlight.
